For those of you who don't know, Lucky is from Anne Davis - Shakandah Birmans, near Melbourne, Australia.
We waited a while for him, and we are not disappointed now!

"Lucky" has really GROWN UP into a real MAN!! It's incredible how just the last few months have changed sky rocketed his development! He is still a ball of cuddles, but it's now in a more subdued, manly sort of way! He has to watch his image, of course!! LOL!!
Lucky has been the father of two litters so far (Y- & Z-litters), and we're hoping it won't take long until he can mate another one of our girls. It takes a while to "test out" a new stud, and see if there is any trait that keeps showing up in offspring. What w're hoping for is larger sized kittens, and one of his sons was HUGE, so the potential is there!!

Now, near the end of 2006, Lucky is still weighing in at around 6 kg. It fluctuates, of course, but he's not the longest - or shortest - cat, so for his build, over 6 kg. is really too much. He is a TON to carry around, and still has his wonderful large paws, as well as a really solid boning in general. He also has an enormous amount of furr, so it makes him look even larger - a large lilac masked polarbear!!
It will be very interesting to see how this precious boy will keep developing, as it takes a while for them to really finish developing.

The lines he's from take a while to develop, so he can have all the he needs as far as we're concerned - and we are surprised that he has developed this much while still be quite young - happily surprised, of course!!
